These are the last bottles of our best buy for white Burgundy for the 2022 vintage. This one is from Domaine Jomain, a Puligny-Montrachet-based producer. The vines for this cuvee come from a great location and lie just outside the Puligny border. This has been a recent client favorite, and when we tried this again recently, we were blown away by how good it was and drank like a mini Puligny Montrachet village wine. The lovely forwardness of the vintage, grand sense of place, and impeccable balance is truly impressive. There are beautiful aromas of white flowers, stone fruits, liquid minerals, and a touch of saline. The palate is lush and pure, with village vineyard depth and tons of dry extract on the perfectly balanced finish. It is the best Bourgogne Blanc we have tasted this vintage for under $40 and one to get a few of because you won't want to run out!
