We have been working with the Vieux Telegraph olive oils for many years, and we have a bit of the 2023, which is fantastic, arriving this week. A Provencal twist on olive oil and one with such a different nuance than its Italian brethren. This is a completely different expression from the classic cracked pepper and bitterness one finds in Tuscan examples. It's a mild and silky olive oil with subtle nuances, and of course, it's made by one of Chateauneuf's old-school legends in their high-altitude terrain. A great olive oil to have on hand at home for bread, salads, and meats. It's exceptional, and now is the time to grab some because, with tariffs on the horizon, this could get much more expensive!
