Organic. Odd initial aroma. A bit like cheese and onion crisps. It improves with aeration so perhaps it is just a little reductive. Much better on the palate, with clean, fresh light citrus fruit, super-tangy, very fresh, slightly chalky. Linear,
crisp and persistent with tart apple on the finish. I think this would be
better with another year in bottle.(Drink between 2017-2020)
