A huge hit the last time we offered it; we got a bit more at the same low pricing. One of the ultimate values for Barolo is this vintage, the 2019 here is fantastic, and we still have the only bottles of this incredible deal in the USA. An impressive bottle at this pricing, it is impossible to go wrong here.
An incredible find for Piedmont, this is one of the best deals for Barolo we have ever had! The 2019 vintage is a winner; all boats rise with the tide, which is undoubtedly the case here, and even at this level, there are fantastic examples to be had. The winery was established in 1952 and comprises 15 hectares of vines within the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato Wine District. The vines for this Barolo are south-facing and are farmed sustainably. 2019 is the best example here of all time and shows an array of lovely red fruits, liquid minerals, tar, and earth which gives to a palate of lush fruit with good structure, well-integrated tannins, and a lovely dollop of fruit on the finish with some dry extract. This wine is so well-balanced that you can drink it now or age it over the medium term. 2019 is a fantastic example of the vintage representing an incredible value for those who like the Nebbiolo grape but want to drink the wine without waiting 10+ years to enjoy the wine. The Aresca wines are challenging to find, and at the moment, these represent the only bottles currently available in the USA.
