An incredible Sparkling Rose from Cava, we served it blind in a flight of Sparkling wines that were two to three times the price, and it was my wine of the night. Pink with deep ruby hues, this wine is clean and bright, with fine and persistent bubbles. It has excellent aromatic intensity, with light, elegant floral undertones of rose petals and fine pastry aromas perfectly blended with hints of white fruits and ripe cherries. This is rarely seen outside of Spain and is a tremendous value that wouldn't be out of place in a lineup of grower Champagne like we did. It is an incredible find for the money and a must-try at this pricing!
